To fill out the full Candid Application, you can download the pdf below. After filling it out, a picture or scan of the application can be sent to candidapplication@gmail.com.

Do you really want me to be candid?
Yes! We want you to be as candid as you want. That can mean using curse words or vulnerability or sarcasm, whatever feels right to you.
What if there is a question I don't want others see my candid answer to?
The purpose of this project is to provide a space for applicants to reflect, so we still recommend filling out the application even if you don't want to submit it to our site. If you still want to participate, the online application may be a better option you can pick and choose which answers you respond to.
