Welcome to my Capstone E-portfolio!
I'm really excited to share some of my favorite writing from my four years at U of M. Through the Sweetland Minor in Writing, and as a political science major, I've done a lot of writing. Curated on this portfolio are pieces from these courses (apologies to my statistics minor - interpretations of confidence intervals and p-values didn't make the cut).
As I look forward to moving to Washington, DC and starting at Georgetown Law, I feel I can best characterize this time in my life as "transitional." This also happens to be a good description of my undergrad writing, as I think my best work is in the space between the academic and personal genres. In my writer’s evolution essay I explore this space further, and provide background to myself and the portfolio:
